We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. Because we believe in our quality and your satisfaction, we've made our return process as simple as possible.

Return Policy

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
   

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact our customer service.

2. Package: Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

3. Ship: Use the prepaid return label provided in your original shipment or generate a new one online.

4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem!

1. Follow the return process above, selecting "Exchange" instead of "Return".

2. Specify the new item you'd like (size, color, etc.).

3. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.
    

International Returns

We accept international returns. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged item or something not quite right? We're sorry about that! Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right.

Return Shipping

• For orders within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.
