1.3 How to Start a Return
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
We’ll send you return instructions, including where to ship your item.
Pack it up securely, including all original packaging.
Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package back to us.
